Saint Amour 2019
Freshness and malice!
This Saint Amour displays a lovely ruby red hue. The nose is expressive and presents aromas of stewed red fruit and ripe cherries. The wine is clean and round on entry to the palate which is dominated by aromas of cherries in kirsch, morello cherries and spices, and shows good length. With its meaty, powerful character, this is a Cru with good cellar- ageing potential.
Drink now or cellar-age at least 5 years.
Serve between 17-19°C with dishes in a sauce/stew and grilled meat
