Les Grandes Dames 1920 - 2020 Limited edition

EXCEPTIONAL CENTENARY CUVÉE!​

“Les Grandes Dames” is a very select wine in the Pierres Dorées Selection that brings out and sets off the remarkable terroir of this 100-year-old plot of vines. The result of a long and slow maceration and barrel ageing, it unleashes aromas of red fruit, violets and peonies, a combination of power, elegance and finesse, in keeping with the century in which “Grandes Dames” (Great Ladies) played a part in the fabulous history of Domaine du Mont Verrier.

Excellent ageing potential !

Serve at 19°C as an aperitif and with simmered or spicy dishes.

Elisa Jo is a link between a little girl and her grandmother, with a shared destiny, in the joy and sadness of the moment. The richness of Beaujolais des Pierres Dorées is expressed in Elisa Jo, which allows Chardonnay to convey citrus notes and the scent of delicately spicy white flowers. The Crunchy fruit!

This Beaujolais Pierres Dorées (Golden stones terroir) displays a pretty purplish color and a seductive nose with floral (peony) and spicy tones. Same heady aromatic palette on the palate combined with a beautiful substance. The finish remains well scented with red fruits (cherry, raspberry), delicately spicy. A typical Beaujolais from the Pierres Dorées terroir for the red fruits amateur! Drink now!

Serve between 17° -19°C as an aperitif or with simmered dishes.

Beaujolais Pierres Dorées 2022 NoSulfites

A natural character!

This Beaujolais Pierres Dorées (Golden Stones) was vinified in the purest Beaujolais tradition, with no sulfites and a semi-carbonic maceration. It displays a lovely deep purple hue. The nose presents red berry aromas (raspberry, cherries) . The entry on the palate is direct and lively. The palate is well rounded and dominated by red berry aromas (cherry and redcurrant), toasted spicesand fresh mint. The finish is fruity with red cherry aromas. This is a Beaujolais Pierres Dorées with plenty of aromas and a lovely natural character!

Drink now!

Serve between entre 17° -19°C with slightly spicy dishes.

Bourgogne Blanc 2023 Sieur Aubry

Freshness and citrus fruit

Made from young Chardonnay vines and a clay-limestone terroir, the Sieur Aubry cuvée is a tribute to the coat of arms of the owner of the Domaine received in 1697. The hue is pale yellow with green reflections. The nose is intense, fresh, evoking grapefruit and white flowers. Same freshness in the mouth although fleshy and ample with a beautiful aromatic richness stone fruits (apricot) and a saline finish typical of the terroir of golden stones. A burgundy to pick in its youth and freshness!

Drink now or cellar-age 3-5 years.

Serve between 13°-15°C as an aperitif, with fish and seafood, or white meat.

Bourgogne Blanc 2022 Cuvée Sainte Marthe

Notes of stone fruits in a taost!

Stemming from old Chardonnay vines, the Sainte Marthe cuvée is a tribute to the nuns from the Sainte Marthe de Beaune order who used to stay at Domaine du Mont Verrier in the last century. The wine has an intense golden hue. This wine has a golden yellow color. The fresh nose unfolds on white and stone fruits (apple, pear and peach), vanilla as well as toasted and buttery notes. The attack is fresh, the mouth is balanced, greedy with flavors of brioche, white fruits and toasts. A mineral and saline finish typical of our terroir. A white Burgundy with great aging potential

Drink now or cellar-age 5-8 years.

Serve between 15 ° and 18° C with dishes in sauce based on fish or shellfish, poultry in sauce;
