Liveliness all in flavours
Made from the Chardonnay grape and from a clay-limestone terroir, the cuvée Sieur Aubry is a tribute to the coat of arm of the owner of the domain back in 1697. It displays a lovely pale golden hue. Its colour is light yellow. The nose is aromatic on citrus and white fruits (pear, apple) aromas. It offers an expressive and lively palate with a pleasant juicy intensity with citrus and white fruit flavours coupled with a saline finish
