A Fleurie with great finesse …
Stemming from a terroir of steep hills and old vines, this Fleurie offers a fairly strong ruby red color with purplish ruby reflections. The nose exudes aromas of fresh red fruits, steeped in floral notes. The mouth presents a very fresh fruit (raspberry, blackcurrant) tonic, intense, with a very ripe tannic presence. A precise and fresh finish. A Fleurie full of freshness and finesse!
Drink now or cellar-age between 5-7 years.
Serve between 17-19°C with red meat, stews or roasted white meat as well as matured cheeses; faggots with chards, braised beef, veal kidneys à la Beaujolaise, Tomme du Beaujolais cheese.
