Sieur Aubry
Generous and elegant
The cuvée Sieur Aubry 100% Pinot Noir is a tribute to the coat of arms of the owner of the domain back in 1697. This red Burgundy has a light red color with ruby reflections. The nose is aromatic and displays aromas of macerated red fruits (sour cherries) and spices. The mouth is ample with mellow tannins and gourmet. The crunchy flavours of red berries and jammy strawberries combined with a hint of vanilla dominate the palate and the finish. A typical wine of its appellation!
Drink now or cellar-age at least 10 years.
Serve between 18 ° and 20 ° on simmered dishes in sauce and grilled meats.
