Beaujolais-Villages 2021
Aromas of ripe fruits and spices
This Beaujolais-Villages boasts delicate and spicy aromas. Its hue is light red with a violet tint. The nose presents notes of red berries fruits, sweet spices and flowers (peony). On entry to the palate, the wine shows a nice acidity in the attack, a crunchy fruit, and supple tannins. The finish is to its advantage, in intensity, length and precision of flavours !
Drink now or cellar-age 5 years.
Serve between 17-19°C as an aperitif or with spicy or slightly-spicy dishes.

Serve with spicy or slightly-spicy dishes. Chicken Tagine, Andouillette Beaujolaise (sausage), Rhône eel stew, Rigotte du Forez goat’s cheese.

Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2020 Sieur Aubry
Generous and elegant
La cuvée Sieur Aubry est un en hommage aux armoiries du propriétaire du Domaine reçues en 1697 . Ce bourgogne 100% Pinot Noir présente une robe rouge clair avec des reflets rubis. Le nez est aromatique dominé par des arômes de fruits rouges macérés (griottes) et d’épices. La bouche est ample avec des tannins fins, le corps est gourmand et équilibré. Les arômes de baies rouges et de fraises confiturées combinés à des saveurs de vanille dominent le palais et la finale. Un vin typique de son appellation.
A boire ou à garder au moins 10 ans. Servir entre 18° et 20° sur des plats mijotés en sauce et grillades
Food and wine pairing:
Serve with stews and grilled meat; beef bourguignon, pork cheeks, black Angus beef, Bouchées à la Reine, black pudding cooked with apples, cow’s cheeses (Comté, Salerce, Beaufort), tiramisu, clafoutis.
